Blueberry Vegan Ice Cream
A berry delicious non-dairy ice cream topped with zinc to support immunity, skin health, & more!
Ingredients
1 Serving (1 tbsp) Megadose Zinc Liposomal
3 Ripe to overripe bananas
1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 gram blue spirulina powder (optional)
Instructions
Slice (very) ripe bananas into 1/4” slices.
Freeze in a food storage container overnight or longer.
Blend frozen bananas until smooth in a high power blender. Stir between blending.
Add frozen blueberries and spirulina powder (optional) and blend until smooth.
Alternatively stir in fresh blueberries into blended ice cream.
Transfer to cup/bowl and drizzle with blueberry-flavored Megadose Zinc Liposomal.
