Vegan Dairy Free Blueberry Ice Cream Recipe Card

 

 

Blueberry Vegan Ice Cream

 

A berry delicious non-dairy ice cream topped with zinc to support immunity, skin health, & more!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Serving (1 tbsp) Megadose Zinc Liposomal
  • 3 Ripe to overripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 gram blue spirulina powder (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Slice (very) ripe bananas into 1/4” slices.
  2. Freeze in a food storage container overnight or longer.
  3. Blend frozen bananas until smooth in a high power blender. Stir between blending.
  4. Add frozen blueberries and spirulina powder (optional) and blend until smooth.
  5. Alternatively stir in fresh blueberries into blended ice cream.
  6. Transfer to cup/bowl and drizzle with blueberry-flavored Megadose Zinc Liposomal.
  7. Enjoy your tasty treat!
