Chocolate Protein Chia Seed Pudding With Functional Mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Add dry ingredients (protein powder & chia seeds) and mix, then add wet ingredients (maple syrup, milk, water), mix, and cover. Store in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  2. In a small pot, mix the blueberries, monk fruit, and 2 tbsp water over medium heat.
  3. In a jar, layer the chia pudding, yogurt, another layer of pudding, yogurt, and top with the blueberry mixture.
