Gut Health Immuni-tea Recipe
Support your gut and immunity with this simple & refreshing iced tea!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Bag Green Tea or Ginger Tea
- ½ Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 1 Serving MaryRuth’s Organic Liquid Probiotic
- 1 Serving MaryRuth’s Organic Turmeric Herbal Drops
- Lemon Slices (Optional)
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil, and steep the tea of your choice.
- Put tea in the fridge to cool to room temperature.
- Add ice to a glass, pour in your tea, and add in lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon.
