No-Bake Cocoa Puddles With Functional Mushrooms

A filling & satisfying sweet treat with adaptogenic properties!



  • 1 1/2 Cups Mixed Berries
  • 1 1/2 Cups Dairy-Free Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tsp Nut Butter
  • 1 Serving MaryRuth’s Functional Mushroom Liposomal



  1. Add the berries to a pan and gently cook until mushy.
  2. Remove berries from the heat, pour into a bowl, and stir in the chia seeds.
  3. Separately, melt the chocolate chips & coconut oil over a pot of boiling water.
  4. Next, line a freezer tray with baking paper and use a spoon to add dollops of the melted chocolate in circular shapes to the tray.
  5. Pop the tray into the freezer for five minutes or until hardened.
  6. Remove the tray from the freezer and add 1 tsp nut butter of your choice to each chocolate circle. 
  7. Add one tsp of the berry & chia mixture on top of the nut butter and top with the remaining melted chocolate.
  8. Put the tray back into the freezer for 10 minutes or until hardened.
  9. Drizzle the cocoa puddles you are going to eat with 1 serving of the Functional Mushrooms Liposomal and enjoy!
