June, one of our Summer Interns from 2022, created this simple, healthy, and delicious overnight oats recipe to support your gut health, digestion, immunity, and overall health (and not to mention, will also please your tastebuds).

Blueberry Banana Probiotic Overnight Oats Recipe

A gut-healthy breakfast that tastes delicious while supporting immunity!

 

Ingredients

 

Dosing for this product varies by age. Please check the dosage chart for the proper age group’s recommended serving.

 

Instructions

  1. Add oats, oat milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and spirulina (optional) to a medium jar. 
  2. Stir until combined, seal, and let rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. 
  3. Before serving, stir in 1 serving of Organic Liquid Probiotic and 1 serving of Megadose Zinc Liposomal (optional) to the mixture. 
  4. Top with blueberries and sliced bananas. 
  5. Garnish with desiccated coconut (optional).
