A deliciously sweet way to start your day!



  • 1 Cup Raspberries, Frozen
  • 1 Banana, Peeled & Frozen
  • 1/2 Cup Dairy-Free Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Dairy-Free Yogurt
  • 1 Serving MaryRuth’s Raspberry Liquid Morning Multivitamin
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips



  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with fresh raspberries and shaved chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Enjoy your liquid vitamins and nutrients & feel great for the day!
