There are so many ways to enjoy warm and flavorful cashews, almonds, or any other nut of choice during the holiday season, or at any time of the year! 

 

Recently, MaryRuth decided to try a new kind of candied nut recipe — and was blown away by her simple yet tasty recipe.

 

So we’d like to share a simple way to make these sweet and sugar-free candied, glazed nuts! You can feel free to double (or even triple) this recipe depending on if you want to make some just for you, or enough to share with loved ones.

 

Sugar-Free Glazed & Candied Nuts

 

Sugar-Free Glazed & Candied Nuts Recipe

Enjoy these sweet & easy-to-make nuts with only 4 ingredients!  

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Monk Fruit
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Heavy Sprinkle Sea Salt
  • ½ Cup Nuts (Cashews, walnuts, almonds, or your other favorite!)

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix 1 tablespoon monk fruit with 1 tbsp coconut oil and a heavy sprinkle of sea salt. 
  3. Mash all up together. 
  4. Mix over 1/2 cup of your favorite nuts: cashews, walnuts, almonds, or another favorite!
  5. Cook in the oven on parchment for 8-10 mins.
