Sugar-Free & Vegan Rice Pudding

As a culinary chef, MaryRuth loves to come up with new recipes to make and share with loved ones — and we believe that you’ll want to make and share this with your loved ones, too!

Rice pudding is a dessert that brings a feeling of comfort in a bowl, which is why we want to share a new kind of rice pudding recipe with you. Enjoyed warm or cold, you can make this all year round.

Using monk fruit instead of sugar and coconut milk in place of regular milk, you won’t be missing out on any flavor of this twist on a traditional rice pudding!

There are all the creamy, soft, and sweet flavors and textures that you’d expect from another rice pudding here, all with ingredients that may fit into the lifestyle of someone with alternative dietary preferences.

According to MaryRuth herself, this rice pudding is the greatest thing — and we hope that you’ll also think so!
