Tropical Smoothie With Vitamin C Drops Recipe

Tropic like it’s hot with this refreshing way to support your levels of essential vitamin C!


Yields: 2 Servings


  • ½ Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • ½ Cup Frozen Mangos
  • ½ Cup Frozen Bananas
  • ¾ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Dairy-Free Coconut Milk Yogurt
  • 2 Servings of MaryRuth’s Organic Vitamin C Liquid Drops
  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (to taste)



    1. Add the frozen fruit, almond milk, and coconut milk yogurt to a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
    2. Pour the mixture into two large glasses.

    4. Top with coconut flakes if desired.
