How to take
Suggested Use: Shake gently before use. Take directly by mouth or with liquid, avoiding hot liquids to preserve efficacy. Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper. May be taken any time of day, on an empty or full stomach. Use the following chart to assess dosage.
First time use: Take half the recommended dose, preferably with food or liquids. Gradually increase the dose as you see fit.
- Children, 1-3 Years: Take up to 0.75 mL daily (15 drops or 1 pump✝)
- Children, 4-13 Years: Take up to 1.5 mL daily (30 drops or 2 pumps✝)
- Adults, 14-64 Years: Take up to 3 mL daily (60 drops or 4 pumps✝)
- Pregnant/Lactating and Seniors, 65+: Consult a physician or healthcare professional.
✝1 pump typically fills the dropper about ½ of the way, which is approximately 0.75 mL. Droppers may sometimes fill ⅓, due to variations in air pressure, etc.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. To ensure freshness, we recommend refrigeration after opening. Do not freeze.

I think this probiotic is the best supplement there is. So much better than taking pills. Easily digestible and easy to take. Only thing I wish worked more efficiently is the suction tube that only gets at most 1/3 of the daily dose at a time. Other than this the quality of the supplement is superb.

I already thought I had pretty good digestion but figured I’d try these as I’ve read about the importance of a healthy gut. They’re completely tasteless and I take the recommended dose with a tablespoon of hyaluronic acid and some water in a little measuring glass, and these drops have completely 0 taste. I feel like my digestion is even better than before and I like the addition to my routine.

To ensure that we are in compliance with regulations and our own quality standards, you may notice that our label has been updated to indicate these changes. This new formula still has 12 vegan probiotic strains to support your digestive health!
How should I use this? Can I take it with drinks or food?
Our liquid probiotic is easy to take directly or can be added to another cold liquid. Based on your preference, add it to the Liquid Morning Multivitamin in the morning, some prefer to take it later in the day or as recommended by your physician or healthcare professional.
Can my kids use the Liquid Probiotics too?
In general, everyone — children and adults — should check with their physician, pediatrician, or healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness supplement to make sure the supplement is suitable for their health. Your physician, pediatrician, or healthcare professional knows you and/or your children best, knows what other supplements or prescriptions you or your child are already on, as well as knowing if you, or your child, are facing any health challenges.
If your child’s physician, pediatrician or healthcare professional feels the probiotics are suitable for the child, we recommend considering the dosages, broken down by age, on the box and label of the probiotics. What are the differences between the liquid probiotic and the capsule probiotics?
That is a great question! We have both liquid and capsule probiotics available for many reasons.
Our Liquid Probiotic is a great option whether you are purchasing for just yourself, or the whole family! It is easy to dose for various ages with the liquid formula by using the dropper. Our capsule probiotics, however, are formulated in proper dosage amounts for adults. You’ll also notice that the formulas differ between our liquid and capsule probiotics.
Lastly, our Liquid Probiotic was created for general digestive health, while our probiotic capsules were created for targeted support, such as the support of collagen production & skin health, or occasional digestive issues.
