Suggested Use: Shake gently before use. Take once daily following the dosing instructions listed below, or dose as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Take about 10 minutes to 1 hour before bed, either with food, juice or on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Suggested Dosage:

I have waited over a year to post this because I was skeptical but the long awaited review day has arrived. I just turned 45 and a year ago, was showing signs of thinning/hair loss in the very front of my hair, my temples and my crown. My hair was also so thin that a regular scrunchie would fall right out. I was self conscious and worried the rest of it would fall out so I bought this product and won’t ever stop taking it! I can wear a scrunchie now and it STAYS!
