I e been having some health issues and it was recommended I take Ashwagandha root. I mix it with my morning liquid vitamins in the morning, so easy to use. I’ve just started taking them but am anxious to see the improvement in a month.

I started taking this postpartum for hormone and mood regulation after my third baby and it has been the best postpartum I’ve ever had! Mood is stable and my thyroid (usually shoots up after delivery) is still in check and I can stay med free! I notice a shift in mood and anxiety when I don’t take it.
