I go between these and the sugar free version. I like them both, but I’m going to switch back to the sugar free ones bc these are always suck together at the bottom of the bottle. I feel that when I do take them I stay healthy and don’t catch all the ick from my students.

I am not sure if the immunity gummies is the result of me not feeling tired, or having a cold that I normally experience every other month being around my school age children, who suffer from allergies like I normally do. I have seen an improvement in my health, and I will continue to take it because I have only started taking for a month now.

I have been buying these for years but the last 5 bottles have come in a big clump and been so slimy and sticky and gross that we don’t enjoy touching them or taking them. I have reached out to customer service and they said it was a temporary problem as they have changed sourcing of ingredients, but the replacement bottle they sent was exactly the same. The sugar free version isn’t sticky but tastes gross so we are sadly done using any version of this product. I see from other reviews that I’m not alone which is nice to know, but it also makes me sad that Mary Ruth’s seems to have no real interest in correcting this issue. I appreciate refunds and replacements but I’d really rather just be able to buy and use the product as before.

Seems to be a great product because it's been keeping all of us fairly healthy even after being around so many sick kids. We do take other supplements but this is a new one we've added so I've noticed a difference. I'm only giving it 4 stars because all the gummies are stuck together so I have to use something to get them out every single time. Very sticky.
