Packaged nicely for shipping. The container it comes in is great. It's in a dark little glass jar with a dropper attached to it. Very cool. The iodine seems to be working. I use iodine cautiously, so please consider doing so if you plan on using it. Do your research first. This is a pricey item, but worth it as this little bottle will last one a long time and of course all the great care in how it's put together.

I bought this supplement due to the recommendation to take nascent iodine for breast pain (Lara Briden book). It has worked almost immediately and while you can get it from iodized salt, the levels weren’t enough and 250 mcg is not only save but large enough to relieve the pain. I take it with Brazil nuts for selenium to not disrupt my thyroid.

for some reason I had problems with my tracking number, I texted the help number. spoke to a really nice person who was very helpful and patient in retrieving the information for me. They provided me the correct tracking number and also wanted to find out where and when the package would arrive. I took over from there and thanked them for their help.
