How To Take
Suggested Use: Shake gently before use. Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Use the following dosage chart to assess daily dosage or dose as recommended by physician or healthcare professional:
- 4-13 years: Up to 15 Drops (0.3 mL)
- 14+ years: Up to 45 Drops (1 mL)

I was happy to find a Vitamin K2 (MK7) sourced from Natto. I live in a rural area and don't have any stores that carry Natto, and I wouldn't even know where to begin to make my own. I have been looking for vitamins and minerals sourced from nature and not synthetic. No wonder it is always sold out. Thank you for this product.
