The concept of a liquid vitamin and the benefits are why I purchased this product. However, the taste is terrible; hence, the three stars. In my opinion, it tastes like yogurt, and I don’t like the taste or smell of yogurt. Due to the taste, I’m not sure if I’ll purchase this product, or the other night time formula again. As far as the benefits are concerned, I haven’t taken it long enough to provide an accurate review.
