I've been taking these gummies for months. The flavor is delicious, but a little too sweet for my taste. Besides that, it's a great product. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get pregnant yet I have PCOS and it’s been a little rough year but I will keep taking these gummies doctor said to keep taking prenatal so we'll see if I get pregnant eventually.

The only prenatals that don’t make me want to throw up! I tried so many different ones and these are the only ones that have not made me nauseous. The texture is soft and easy to chew unlike other brands that are hard. I appreciate that these aren’t “sugar” coated and also smaller than a lot of other prenatal gummies. Thank you Mary Ruth’s!

Normally do not love strawberry flavored things but was pleasantly surprised by these. And as far as results, my nails are growing quicker which I feel is a sign its absorbing some at least

I swapped from the postpartum liquid liposomal vitamin to this gummy because I didn't like the flavor of the liquid. This gummy doesn't have near the nutrients that the liquid has and I immediately could tell in my energy levels, nails and hair. The liquid is by far the best.
