How To Take
Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Follow the dosing instructions listed below, starting with 1/3 dose and gradually increasing to a full dose, or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Water intake is important while taking a fiber supplement. To ensure proper hydration, ages 1-3 should drink at least 4 fl oz and ages 4+ should drink at least 8 fl oz with this liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- 1-3 Years: 1 Tablespoon (15 mL)
- 4+ Years: 2 Tablespoons (30 mL)
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate and use within 6 months after opening.

The texture is thick. I had to get used to it, and after a few times taking it, I could swallow it. I prefer not to mix mine, but drink a full 16.0z of water immediately. It has not upset my stomach at all. Overall, I feel it is a good product and will add it to my daily regimen.

The flavor is great, it tastes like a natural fruit strip! Very easy to take! It is thick so I use a spoon instead of a measure glass, it doesn't poor well out of those.

First off, flavor tastes great.
But the consistency is pretty unpalatable. It's like drinking a slightly liquefied petroleum jelly. I get that it's fiber so it's consistency isn't going to be like Mary's other liquid vitamins, just not a pleasant experience.
