How To Take
Suggested Use:
This product was formulated for ages 4 and up. Shake gently before use. Once daily, take directly by mouth. Use the following dosage chart to assess dosage or dose as recommended by physician or healthcare professional:
* 1 Pump = Approximately 2/3 Dropperful = Approximately 30 Drops
- 4-8 Years: 20 drops (277 mg Omega-3s)
- 9-13 Years: 25 drops (347 mg Omega-3s)
- 14+ Years: 30 drops (416 mg Omega-3s)
Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper.
Keep out of reach of children in case of accidental overdose or choking.
Store in a cool, dry place. To help preserve the flavor of the oil, we recommend refrigeration after opening.

Made me immediately vomit. Stained my clothes with the scent of pure fish. I buy all of my supplements from Mary Ruth, but this one as shockingly appealing.

I know it says vegan but it smell like FISH. An the after taste is something that just should not be experienced by anyone. I could not even finish the bottle. I will possibly try the gummies but I will NEVER buy this again.

I didn’t know what to give this product because it was honestly the taste that I just couldn’t get past
I tried SO MANY ways to take it, in order to soften the intensity of the taste. I even held my nose mixed it with my other vitamins & immediately after swallowing hurried to drink Kombucha & still the taste was SO potent.
I thought that taking it everyday I would build up a tolerance for it…….NOPE!
The best way to describe the taste would be if you dragged your tongue across a fish markets dirty counter, the orange flavor decided it didn’t want to be there anymore.
I made it through half the bottle & I started to reach for it less & less, battling the dry heaving everyday was becoming a bit much for me.
Next time I’ll try a pill or gummy form but that liquid is NOT for the weak.
