This is God sent. I have had irregular cycles since I was 10. Last few years have been the worst. I've gone 11 months with no cycle and the next year I spent 6 month bleeding every day. I haven't had a cycle in the last 3 months.. I decided to buy this tincture just to try something new and believe me when I tell you this on day 5 of taking this I felt weird and went to the restroom and noticed I was spotting! Its been 3 days now and I'm still spotting. It may not be a full period, but it's something and I'm so excited to see the long term results. I'm so impressed that I've subscribed to have this sent every 4 weeks! (I never subscribe to anything)

After my 5th child, my periods have been super painful, to the point I didn't want to move. My dr couldn't figure out what was wrong. Most likely from scarring from my c-section. I have been using this during my period. My periods have been much more bearable. More like my normal period pains. Uncomfortable, but I can function. I highly recommend this product! The flavor is surprisingly yummy! I wasn't sure what to expect. But the flavor is great and it helps!

I’m in my 20s and feel like my PMS symptoms (especially bad headache) have gotten worse over the last couple years. All exams come back normal, so I decided to try this and researched each ingredient and its potential side effects/interactions beforehand (many of these ingredients may be recognized as estrogen in the body so be careful if you have hormone-related conditions and check with your doctor)!
I started taking it a week before my period, with a dropper-full in the AM, and took it daily for about a week until my period began. Taste is surprisingly not bad at all - no alcohol, just an herbaly berry-like flavor from the raspberry leaf.
On day 2 of taking it, I got a headache all through my forehead and face, which is different from my usual PMS headache. I kept going for the week to see if it was a fluke, and it didn’t come back, but I felt like I did have more restless sleep with more vivid and odd (not in a good way) dreams the week I was taking it. And this may have been more mental, but I felt like I could feel my heart racing more at night. But, no bad period headache! I still got a headache but it was more mild compared to how it usually is. I tried the same process again next cycle (once per day for a week before period), and saw generally the same effects.
Overall I’m not sure if the few “side effects” are worth the slightly lessened headache for $30. I’ll use the bottle up over my next couple cycles and see how it goes but I'm leaning towards not…

I take just 8 drops daily usually missing the week of my period and I have no hot flashes and my periods are easy with no cramping. I love this product! Please continue selling it
