GET STARTEDLooking for the perfect Saturday night spent at home recipe? This one is so easy and a huge favorite of my husband, David's. Plus, it's gluten-free and vegan!
The noodles are made from white rice, which you can find at any grocery store or online. From there, all the additional ingredients are kitchen staples, which make it even easier to whip up.
Cooking tip: When making the sauce, feel free to use any amount of salt, red pepper chili flakes, and garlic powder that tastes good to you. And add whatever toppings you'd like to make it yours. The idea is to empower you to cook without a recipe 😉. And I highly recommend making a little extra for leftovers!

A simple and delicious vegan pepper pasta recipe for a cozy night in.
Ingredients:
⦁ Basil
⦁ White rice pasta
⦁ Olive oil
⦁ Garlic
⦁ Bell peppers
⦁ Red pepper chili flakes
⦁ Garlic powder
⦁ Salt
Instructions:
⦁ Heat a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, checking for doneness a few minutes before the package instructions indicate (the pasta should be tender but still slightly firm).
⦁ In a separate medium skillet, heat and whisk together olive oil, salt and garlic until the garlic is fully caramelized and set garlic aside.
⦁ Cut bell peppers into small pieces and set them aside.
⦁ For the sauce, heat olive oil, any amount of salt, red pepper chili flakes, and garlic powder, and add the bell peppers and basil until fully cooked and soft.
⦁ Drain the pasta. Combine the drained noodles, sauce with basil and peppers, garlic, mix and serve.
