Roasted Red Pepper Sauce Recipe

This flavorful, 8-ingredient Roasted Red Pepper Sauce bursts with fresh bell peppers, garlic, onions, and celery! I love this sauce, and I ate it all the time with pasta when I was pregnant with my twins. It’s a great alternative to using a traditional tomato sauce for those who’d like a sauce with less acidity and some different flavors.

You can use this versatile sauce to jazz up numerous meals, from pasta to homemade pizza. Pair this red pepper pasta with fluffy dinner rolls, marinated mushrooms and a chopped Italian salad for a hearty meal the entire family will love! No matter how you serve it, this sauce will elevate any meal. Plus, it's almost effortless to make!

Follow along with me in this video as I cook this recipe right from my home kitchen, showing you exactly how easy it is to make restaurant-quality roasted red pepper sauce at home!
