A simple & delicious way to rock your brocc!
Ingredients
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 2 tbsp MaryRuth’s Ice Pressed® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Chop broccoli off the stem and steam until tender.
- Drain & spread out broccoli on a cookie sheet.
- Smash each broccoli floret with the bottom of a clean glass.
- Drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle seasonings as desired.
- Air fry or bake until crispy!
