I’ve been taking these liquid multivitamins for probably two years now and have never felt better. I have also not been sick at all in the two years since I’ve been taking them. They give me energy, my skin is in better shape, and even feel like my hormones are more balanced.

At first when we tried to use this product we were left clueless with how to actually use it. Other brands say to use a drop on your finger into the babies mouth or use in formula… this says nothing. The only thing is recommended drops but no actual way to use them. As first time parents this was disappointing. It works though.

I have been taking the Liquid Nighttime Multimineral + Skin Renew for about 35 days. I feel more rested and less exhausted when I wake up, even if I went to bed late. I even fall asleep faster. It usually takes my brain awhile to turn off when I get in bed. My Fitbit sleep score was regularly between 68 and 76 prior to starting the Mary Ruth nighttime sleep Multimineral. Now my sleep score is in the 80's every morning. I have not noticed a difference in my skin, but it definitely helps with sleep! In the picture even with only 5 hours and 31 minutes of sleep my score was an 83!

I took this hair growth vitamin for 2 months, and instead of helping, it made my hair fall out. I noticed more and more shedding over time, especially in areas that used to be thick and healthy. I didn’t change anything else in my routine, so I’m convinced this product was the cause.

This experience was really upsetting and not worth the risk. I’ve completely stopped using it, and I strongly do not recommend this product to anyone. Please be careful — just because something says it helps with hair growth doesn’t mean it will work for everyone.

Haven’t been using it for too long just about a week and some days but I can say it’s easy to take. It goes down really smooth and the texture reminds me of a creamy smoothie. It tastes really good. I did realize though that I have to mix it with a drink and I can’t take it on an empty stomach. It does state on the bottle either or. I would get indigestion and a stomachache. A small snack and sparkling water did the trick and I’ve been enjoying it since. I actually take it right before I sleep whether it’s in the AM or PM (I’m a night shift worker) and to me I feel like when I take it at night before bed I get a solid, uninterrupted sleep. When I take it in the AM before bed, after I wake up I feel groggy and it takes me a good 30minutes to get in the groove.

All in all I will definitely recommend this product. I absolutely love this brand and have since got a few of my sisters, my boyfriend, his sister and my mom on it!

Mary Ruth charcoal capsules are easy to swallow, lightweight, the perfect size, and they are very effective at preventing my acid reflex. I love to take these at night once in a while once I have a meal or snack that is higher in pH or acids. The acid usually wears on my teeth and the dentist told me to either take charcoal capsules or go to it ear nose, and throat doctor and also to sleep elevated. I’ve even had a better night sleep after taking these charcoal capsules. They really absorb the burning feeling that I get after eating or drinking anything acidic. It calms my stomach down I definitely recommend these.

I am not sure if the immunity gummies is the result of me not feeling tired, or having a cold that I normally experience every other month being around my school age children, who suffer from allergies like I normally do. I have seen an improvement in my health, and I will continue to take it because I have only started taking for a month now.

First things first, these work. I like how I feel taking these strips. I’d be sold for life if they didn’t taste absolutely awful. They are pungent and putrid and stain your teeth orange if you don’t brush right away. Mary Ruth- please come up with a new format. I can’t stomach another pack.
