I got the gummies to take when I travel and I got the liquid vitamin one when not traveling. I love the taste of the liquid vitamin. Fun that I found a 2 tbsp measuring spoon to use! What I notice first is that my nails are stronger than ever and my skin if smoother and firmer! Surely my hair loves it too!

I've been taking these gummies for about a month. I can't tell if I have been seeing changes I think there's not enough time but I have been losing hair more than usual and I also have PCOS so I'm not sure if it's because of this product. I don't really like the flavor of the gummies but don't mind the thick consistency of them. They are too expensive for me, I'm gonna get the liquid one now on a different flavor to give it a try and see.

I took this hair growth vitamin for 2 months, and instead of helping, it made my hair fall out. I noticed more and more shedding over time, especially in areas that used to be thick and healthy. I didn’t change anything else in my routine, so I’m convinced this product was the cause.
This experience was really upsetting and not worth the risk. I’ve completely stopped using it, and I strongly do not recommend this product to anyone. Please be careful — just because something says it helps with hair growth doesn’t mean it will work for everyone.
