I added it to water for flavoring and even to my skin lotion and cream. I am on statins so you have to be careful about grapefruit intake.

This has the “peel” included in extract. I just wasn’t a fan. I almost finished it. Will stick to other vitamin c products. Happy I tried to though. Still could be good option for someone who is more appreciative of grapefruit.
