I was nearly out of my travel packages but was going away so I used these. I made travel go-kits for both my husband and I. When I was on a call with Mary Ruth and she said just because it says for Kids didn't mean adults can't use it. I traveled with the packets as does my husband and I love knowing we are getting on our Vitimains while always. They taste great and are easy to care for and take on the go. The travel packets are my favorite Mary Ruth products!
