Why a liquid multivitamin?

Though we believe in a diet-first approach to health, not everyone gets the essential vitamins and nutrients that they need from diet alone. Our liquid multivitamin is in an easy-to-take formula.

How does Lustriva® support hair growth and improve wrinkles?

Lustriva® is a complex that combines Bonded Arginine Silicate with Magnesium Biotinate, a new and superior form of biotin and silicon, to help grow thicker, fuller hair and reduce facial fine lines and wrinkles in women. Magnesium Biotinate is a novel complex of magnesium ionically bound to biotin. This unique complex significantly increases biotin solubility 40 times greater than that of D-biotin, the type commonly found in beauty products.

Why this amount of chromium in the product?

Chromium is a nutrient that may help support healthy body composition and metabolism and help maintain a healthy blood sugar level already within a normal range. These new formulas include a higher dose of chromium (1000 mcg chromium picolinate) based on the efficacy of dosages used in clinical studies. These studies have not reported adverse effects associated with this dosage of chromium picolinate intake, indicating its safety in humans. Additionally, there is no upper limit established for chromium based on existing data for this nutrient. Ultimately, our best advice is to speak with your physician or healthcare professional to help you determine if this product is suitable for your needs.

Will this supplement help me with hair breakage?

Unfortunately, we don’t have any specific data on how Lustriva® may affect the breakage that you might be experiencing. However, Lustriva® has been clinically shown to help grow thicker, fuller hair in women!

This broad-spectrum multivitamin contains the trademarked ingredient Lustriva® which is clinically shown to help grow thicker, fuller hair, and improve wrinkles and fine lines in women. The research on Lustriva was conducted solely in women and not in men. While the research on Lustriva® was conducted solely in women, these products may be used by men. There are a variety of reasons that a person's hair may start to thin, and for men, the most common reason is related to androgenic alopecia (otherwise known as “male pattern baldness”). A multivitamin I can appreciate. Long review

My honest review. I’m a healthy eater , I drink my water and I’m active but I never was into taking vitamins because I couldn’t be consistent enough but I really buckled down with this one. It lasted about 40 days (2tablespoons). Regular dosage as instructed. I enjoyed taking this, it was pretty tasty for a multivitamin considering I LOVE Mango, it was smooth and didn’t carry a bad after taste for me. Again I started from nothing so after the thirty days I did have more energy, and I noticed I was a little more lively. As a mother, student and wife small things like this make a difference. I didn’t see to much of a difference in the skin but, I had less bloating and my pee was neon high (probably from access riboflavin and vitamins etc). For all my women of color I have a mix of 3b-4b hair and I usually get my 1/2 in of growth every month. While taking this I got a little more than 1/2in and less than 3/4 of an inch. I measured and made it easy on myself by making sure I had fresh mini twists in with a braided root to make sure there was no room for the twist to be loose. I also did this before my vitamins arrived. I have no complaints and I’ll continue to take them for the next 6 months, I’m currently waiting for my restock now.
