How to take

Shake gently before use. Adults 14+, take up to 7 drops (approx. 0.15 ml) 1 to 3 times a day, or as recommended by a physician or healthcare professional. Best taken diluted in water between meals. Just amazing

I live in Denmark, and stumbled upon MR’s products a week or so ago. And since i usually use oregano Oil, i found this one at 14$ in a online shop. It just arrived 2 days ago and i love the strength of it, i take 15 to 20 drops 2 times a Day and it really works. I used to eat a bag of Chips every evening, for the past 8 years. After starting on Oil of oregano i stopped and have not eaten for over a week.

I love this oregano oil. It's very Potent. When my house is sick, we use this as a kick in the pants. We also put a few drops on our belly button and let it soak for a bit. It's a powerful, natural item to have in the house.

A staple supplement !!

You NEED this is your arsenal. My husband and Ibhave been taking oregano oil for years, anytime we start to not feel great or sickness season is around we start taking it! Our family is truly sick maybe only once during a year and honestly it’s been summer and not winter. Between being outside and taking this and garlic and black seed oil-it is freaking amazing. I get vegetable capsules from amazon and then add the drops from mary ruth’s oregano and black seed oil (respiratory support)

Only tried it once so far,it was pretty strong,I diluted it in water,was this right?I heard its good for gut health so giving it a try,just not sure what to dilute it in.thx,seems like a great product

Is this Oil of Oregano an essential oil?

Our Oil of Oregano contains oregano essential oil made by steam distillation. The final product contains approximately 1 part oregano essential oil to 3 parts carrier oil. Oregano essential oil is considered GRAS by the FDA, but we recommend taking this diluted oil with water, as it is still a very concentrated oil.

What’s the difference between this and the oregano I can buy at the grocery store?

While many are familiar with the dried oregano you’d find in the spice aisle of the grocery store, or the fresh oregano in the produce section, Oil of Oregano is a little bit different! Oil of Oregano is made using the leaves and stems of Origanum vulgare, to create an essential oil, which is then added to a carrier oil.

What does Oil of Oregano taste like?

While MaryRuth’s always aims to make the best-tasting products, you may notice that Oil of Oregano has a very distinct flavor which is hard to reformulate without affecting the efficacy of the product. Since this is a distilled essential oil, it is a very strong tasting herb that requires a small dose. The best way to describe the flavor of this Oil of Oregano is that it has a sharp, pungent and herby flavor. You may experience a slight burning when taking this product, especially if it is taken directly. We recommend diluting this product in water to consume it; while keeping in mind that the flavor will still be present even when diluted.

What is carvacrol?

Carvacrol is a phenolic monoterpenoid and main compound of Oregano. This terpene has many beneficial properties that may help the immune system and overall health.
