How To Take
Suggested Use:

Suggested Dosage:

Me and my husband have been starting to take the night time mineral bottle and it helps us sleep better and wake up more energized. It’s hard to keep up with vitamins and mineral intakes but because it just tastes like and convenient like drinking a juice, we have been able to keep up!

Oh I absolutely love this multimineral supplement. It tastes wonderful, instantly relaxes me once I take it before bed, has helped me ditch the melatonin habit. The bottle is giant, lasting me a long time. I hope this goes on sale because I’m surely grabbing the other flavors as well.

If you’re still buying those crappy vitamins and minerals at Walmart or somewhere similar, I feel sorry for you!! You’re missing out on the real stuff!! Mary Ruth is awesome!! It reminds me of the vitamins my grandma used to give me a long, long time ago! They’re awesome!!

You shouldn’t mix manganese with magnesium.. it decreases the absorption of magnesium. Also 217% dv on the manganese?? Why? And 23% dv for the magnesium. The blend makes absoluly no sense for a sleep aid. Will never be purchasing any of Mary Ruth’s vitamins again.

This is just what I needed. I’m holistic so I take natural supplements and preventive measures to make sure my body stays tuned up. This gives me the minerals that our bodies need plus put my body in such a relax state. Once I fall to sleep it’s deep and it taste too good. Pineapple Cream is my favorite but my sister and mom love the coconut.
