GET STARTEDThe back-to-school season has been in full swing for a while now. Do you feel like you’ve gotten into some good daily routines? We hope so!
If you are still trying to establish morning and nighttime routines during this busy time of year, or just looking for extra inspiration and tips for your existing rituals, we’ve got you covered.
First, we asked MaryRuth what a typical school day morning looks like for her — and now we’ve asked her to share her evening routine!
“My best nighttime routine tips are to stop eating foods and drinking at 7 p.m. or 3 hours before you go to bed,” MaryRuth says.
First, it helps to not have to wake up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, but that’s not the only reason for this suggestion. It also should help to digest and sleep more soundly.
The one item MaryRuth does have before bed, though? Her Liquid Nighttime Multimineral!
MaryRuth’s two favorites are the pineapple or cranberry flavors. She’ll enjoy hers sometimes earlier in the evening, or sometimes soon before getting to bed.
All four children also get important nutrients before bed, too.
They will either take the Liquid Nighttime Multimineral or the Kids Magnesium Gummies, Additionally, they receive one of the Kids Sleep Gummies which contains ingredients like Lemon Balm, L-Theanine, and Chamomile.
“As long as everybody's sleeping by 7:30, I will then do some more work. It's not ideal, but I am a mom, so I typically need to do more work for either the kids’ school or the company.”
Though MaryRuth’s evenings may vary a little, we’re sharing what a standard routine may look like!
7:00: Stop eating and drinking for the day
7:05: Get all of the kids ready and tucked in bed
7:30: Finish up some work items
9:00: Read one of my favorite cookbooks & take Liquid Nighttime Multimineral
9:30: Wash face, brush teeth, and get into bed to be asleep by 10pm
