It adds a nice, subtle chocolate flavor to tea and smoothies. I love that it's liquid since I have a hard time swallowing capsules.

I add this to my shake and it tastes great. I will say I haven’t noticed a difference

Not fav probiotic

Great product but you have to wait for 10 drops to fall out of the bottle. I don’t feel like I felt the immediate results as I have with the liquid probiotics. Still, everyone is different. Worth a try to see if it works for you.
