So grateful for this product. At first I thought it wasn’t doing much, but I kept with it because I was having such a hard time breathing. I tried holding it under my tongue for 30 seconds and also combined it with a hot drink. I think that was the trick because I finally felt my sinuses open up after what seems like forever. I kept using it throughout the day, holding it under my tongue, and they opened up even more and the mucus was thin enough that I could blow my nose and get it out. Now I’m sitting here enjoying my clear sinuses and feeling so grateful I can finally breathe. I’d say definitely give it a try and keep at it consistently, the benefits definitely get better over time :) Oh and it happens to taste great!

I got some of this for my 70 year old brother who has had a bad cough for many years, getting worse and worse. He would wake up in the middle of the night and have to cough up mucus, just to be able to breathe. And then again, in the morning, and throughout the day, he would have a hard time getting it out.
