Just as she starts her day by taking the liquid multivitamin, MaryRuth ends her day with the Liquid Nighttime Multimineral. Though this comes in three delicious flavors, MaryRuth’s favorite is Pineapple Dream!

 

In addition to these two multi staples, MaryRuth also takes the Liquid Probiotic to support her gut health daily, and the Liquid Iron to support her iron levels daily.

What Supplements Did MaryRuth Take Regularly While Pregnant?

Nutrition needs while pregnant may vary from your daily nutrient requirements, so some of the products that MaryRuth supplemented with during her pregnancy differ from those that she takes regularly.

 

To start, MaryRuth changed up her usual morning multivitamin while pregnant and took the Prenatal & Postnatal Liquid Multivitamin in the morning, though she stayed consistent with her Liquid Nighttime Multimineral in Pineapple Dream as a part of her nighttime routine.

 

Just like she takes during her regular daily routine, while pregnant, MaryRuth switched out her usual Liquid Probiotic and Liquid Iron for the Probiotic Prenatal+ capsules and Prenatal & Postnatal Liquid Iron.
