I have been taking the liquid hair growth for over a month now and I can see positive changes. My body did take about a week to get use to the formula but after that I was fine. I took the recommended dose of 30ml for the first 30 days but felt that it was too much for my body as I wasn’t sleeping well at night, so with my next bottle I only did 15 ml and now I can sleep again. HOWEVER when taking the recommended dose of 30ml. I did notice my hair becoming thicker and growing faster than it is with me only taking 15ml. I personally don’t think this is a “race” but more of a lifestyle change so I’m okay with slower results as this is something I plan on keeping in my routine for a long time.

As soon as I receive my first order with Mary Ruth products will definitely be honest with it results. Looking forward in starting the journey. just by reading what the product could do for my hair health. I’m in love with these biotin gummies ! All the berry flavor products taste so delicious!

I just received this iron and I’m amazed at the taste. !!!!!! I want to drink the whole bottle . Although I haven’t been taking long enough for results I know they will be good because if it’s anything like the night time minerals I’m gonna be loving it ! I have bought several products and I tell all my friends at church and have tons of people wanting to try it !

Have been taking these consistently for a couple weeks, until today when I happened to see a friend had the same ones…what I assumed was the normal texture (crunchy, grainy, flaky) was actually NOT the normal texture. They’re supposed to be actual homogenous gummies 😭😭😭 don’t buy

In December 2024, I noticed my hair was thinning and breaking severely and I was still relaxing my hair and that didn’t help at all , and I discovered that I had low iron levels, which didn’t seem to be helping. Determined to address the issue, I decided to start taking hair, skin, and nail gummies from Walmart. However, despite consistent use, I didn’t see any significant results.

Frustrated, I decided to try Mary Ruth’s vitamins. I began taking the peach mango multivitamins plus hair, skin, and nails around March 7, 2025. Within a week, I noticed a noticeable difference in my hair. I’ve been taking them now for six weeks, and recently, I ordered the new dragon melon fruit.

The short of it is my body was in crisis mode… I was experiencing extreme health issues and headed straight to the doctor. I told her I had Mary Ruth’s vitamin about to be delivered as a friend recommended it and I wanted to stop the chemical vitamin pills, she researched mary Ruth’s vitamin right in front of me and said “Wow!! I’m impressed!! STAY ON THIS don’t miss a dose! And we’ll do follow up blood work in a couple months!” I obviously made a few other changes in my life due to the nature of my health spiral but I’ve never felt better! Unrelated to my aforementioned health crisis, I’ve had the gastric sleeve surgery back in 2017 and this vitamin meets my vitamin qualifications for that as well! Wins all around!! I will be having follow up blood work to see how my body is responding to the Mary Ruth’s vitamin soon but having been deficient in iron D and B12 before I know the signs and suspect I will have great results! Truly haven’t felt this good in ages!! I’m 43 now and I’ve been using Mary Ruth’s for 26 days and yes ive already noticed improvement! Highly recommend! Oh it tastes good too! I will post a follow up after blood works done too (if I remember).

These vitamins exceeded my expectations. After 5 weeks I see a real noticeable difference in my thinning hair areas and I have more energy. I cannot wait to see results after 90 days.

The liposomal lysine snickerdoodle flavor is absolutely delicious. The consistency is great. It is not watery but thicker. The organic sunflower seed oil helps the paste become more fluid and also allows the body to absorb the nutrients and store them. My kids enjoy taking the lysine as well. It says it is good for skin and tissue support as well as the immune system. Lysine is an essential amino acid that helps the bodies tissues. I would say this has helped a lot of our dry skin problems not be as severe, but I only take this product a couple times a week and should probably take it at least every other day for better benefits. It does work and it does taste absolutely amazing.

This flavor tastes nothing like the description and it’s much thicker and congealed so much so that I tend to gag when taking it. This is a far cry from other products I have purchased and, if I’d purchased this in a local store, I’d take it back for a refund because I haven’t been able to bring myself to take it again. Refrigeration actually seemed to make it worse if that’s possible. It’s why I hesitate ordering anything online these days.

I paid $54 for a minuscule amount of powder. I’m very disappointed.

I love this product. I feel like they definitely helped me feel good in regards to my health and energy while pregnant with my first baby. I am now using this product to get my body ready for my second pregnancy and love it. I love the taste of it (berry flavor) and love the fact that it's in liquid form - easy to take when I don't forget lol.

Have been using this product for about 60 days and have seen a difference in sheen, cooperation (curly hair people, IYKYK) and overall health of my hair. I love the ritual of taking vitamins first thing in the a.m. to start the day off right. Definitely starting a subscription for my next order!

I’m the biggest skeptic with products making claims to do things. Well, this is doing what it said it will do. My hair is thicker and a bit longer but I’m happier for the thickness. As far as skin, I think it’s brighter & seems more supple but idk if it’s this product or other holistic practices I’ve been doing at the same time. I’m sad it’s out of stock—I’ll check at my local vitamin shoppe I believe I saw some there once. Give it a try…results will vary so be cautious with your expectations. The picture where my head is more centered and a bit close up is the before (dated 3/9/2025) the other picture is the after (dated 4/5/2025). Also, I brought this with my own money and am NOT an influencer. I put 4 out 5 because it’s sold out right now lol. Last thing, I’m not a fan of the taste but that’s purely my opinion besides I really don’t care how it tastes as long as it works!!!

Is this supposed to taste so awful? Weird texture and taste like actual garbage.

I’m so glad I tried these vitamins! I started taking them in January and now in April I can see results in my hair growth. I had postpartum shedding pretty badly and this has helped tremendously. It tastes great and easy to digest. I’m a fan and have shared with others!!

I have been fighting with extreme hair loss when washing my hair. It’s been literally frightening and painful to see how much comes out after I wash my hair. My brother bought this morning multivitamin and after taking it for 2 days I saw less hair loss. I just couldn’t believe!!!! Some additional details: I have been diagnosed anemic some months ago and it’s a factor of the hair loss. In addition, at night I take a capsule of the Mary Ruth iron supplement plus collagen containing biotin liquid from a different brand. Once the collagen finishes I want to try the multivitamin at night from the same brand. As of now, I am very happy and just looking forward to seeing more results such as having fuller hair and have the hair loss controlled!!! Will add another review. I was too excited that needed to submit one now.

So I purchased 6 bottles that I received in December. 5 of them are due to expire this month. Anyway, I've been taking it faithfully for 4 months with 0 results. I actually got better results from hair gummies purchased for $ 9 for a 2.5month supply. I will not continue wasting my time with it.
