I have been using Mary Ruth's for several years now and I use the raspberry flavored multivitamin. It's delicious and my hair skin and Nails definitely feel the difference when I'm not taking it so sometimes it's hard to notice that if something is working while you're taking it but then you forget to take it for a while that's when I began to notice the difference my hair got dull it wasn't growing as quickly skin is dry so I just love this product and I started giving it to my daughter and granddaughter! Love love it

I like the ease of a gummy. Very good flavor. As far as the results, my nails are looking great. Not sure I’ve noticed anything different with my hair or skin as yet. The jury is still out on that. Will give it another couple of months to determine.

I paid almost $40 thinking that the bottle was going to be a big bottle like I see in the pictures on the website and ads Nonetheless, I receive a small handheld bottle of the product. I am not happy at all with the size and the price I had to pay for it.

I've been taking this product for about a month. I'm not sure if I have seen any difference but they've tasted good. I love the taste of most of these products. I will probably keep taking this and see if I notice any changes. I'm young and I see good I have problems focusing my eyes on one place while reading or stuff like that. I've been taking these gummies for about a month. I can't tell if I have been seeing changes I think there's not enough time but I have been losing hair more than usual and I also have PCOS so I'm not sure if it's because of this product. I don't really like the flavor of the gummies but don't mind the thick consistency of them. They are too expensive for me, I'm gonna get the liquid one now on a different flavor to give it a try and see.

I've been taking these gummies for months. The flavor is delicious, but a little too sweet for my taste. Besides that, it's a great product. What are the actual vitamins and minerals in this product? Also what is the dosage I am receiving in every 1ml that I am taking? This product is very unclear with just listings 1.14g of organic Irish moss. What are we actually consuming?

This creatine is very easy to chew with a great taste. I have not noticed much difference in my strength level but I will continue to take and update later if I notice improvement.

I received the 3 in 1 women's health capsules and have used them for a month. I have not noticed much difference but I am less bloated. I will continue to use and keep you posted with other updates

I have been taking this liquid multivitamin for almost a year now. I started out with the original Peach Mango flavor and decided to try the new Dragon Fruit Mellon flavor. To me, both flavors taste like flavored dirt. What helps me is that I like to take it with orange juice (and sometimes mix it together). I find that my body tolerates 1/2 the dose (15ml) better so 1 bottle can last me 2 months.

I started taking this multivitamin in January 2025, and after just 15 days, I already noticed a difference in my hair. For 10 years, my hair hadn't grown to a certain length. I had to cut it because it was falling out a lot, and it was thin at the ends. I used several types of hair vitamins. It's October, and my hair is 4 inches short of reaching my waist. I've had the ends cut twice this year. I love it and very happy finally my hair is growing health.

I'm thinking not... but I JUST opened this bottle of toddler probiotics and this is the second time (that I've noticed) gross, thick, mold looking stuff in/on the dropper and in the bottle. I normally wouldn't review as the first time was a fluke but the second?! I understand some settlement is normal but this? Hmm... I'll pass. I also wouldn't mind if it wasn't so darn expensive but I literally just threw out $14. Also, yes. I shook and shook the bottle.
