Is this product suitable for men?

This broad-spectrum multivitamin contains the trademarked ingredient Lustriva® which is clinically shown to help grow thicker, fuller hair, and improve wrinkles and fine lines in women. The research on Lustriva was conducted solely in women and not in men. While the research on Lustriva® was conducted solely in women, these products may be used by men. There are a variety of reasons that a person's hair may start to thin, and for men, the most common reason is related to androgenic alopecia (otherwise known as “male pattern baldness”). Since androgenic alopecia is considered a health condition, it is outside our scope as a dietary supplement brand to speak about, and our best advice is to consult with a dermatologist, physician, or healthcare professional for their guidance.

Will this supplement help me with hair breakage?

Unfortunately, we don’t have any specific data on how Lustriva® may affect the breakage that you might be experiencing. However, Lustriva® has been clinically shown to help grow thicker, fuller hair in women!

Why this amount of chromium in the product?

Chromium is a nutrient that may help support healthy body composition and metabolism and help maintain a healthy blood sugar level already within a normal range. These new formulas include a higher dose of chromium (1000 mcg chromium picolinate) based on the efficacy of dosages used in clinical studies. These studies have not reported adverse effects associated with this dosage of chromium picolinate intake, indicating its safety in humans. Additionally, there is no upper limit established for chromium based on existing data for this nutrient. Ultimately, our best advice is to speak with your physician or healthcare professional to help you determine if this product is suitable for your needs.

What’s the difference between this and the Multivitamin Gummies + Hair Growth? Can I take both?

Great questions! Firstly, we do not recommend taking these two products together, as they are both broad spectrum multivitamins and contain multiple nutrients in duplicate — taking both in the same day would likely be in excess of your individual nutrient needs.

While both are multivitamins with 160 mg Lustriva per serving, there are a few differences between the Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Hair Growth and Multivitamin + Hair Growth Gummies. Namely, the liquid formula contains thiamin and choline which are not in the gummies, and the gummies contain iodine and selenium which are not in the liquid. Additionally, some amounts of the nutrients vary from product to product.

Our best advice is to choose the format that you’ll enjoy the best and will help you to keep a consistent daily routine. When assessing the best dietary supplements for your health, we also recommend speaking with your physician, or healthcare professional, as they can help you to determine what supplements and dosage may be appropriate for your nutrient needs.

How does Lustriva® support hair growth and improve wrinkles?

Lustriva® is a complex that combines Bonded Arginine Silicate with Magnesium Biotinate, a new and superior form of biotin and silicon, to help grow thicker, fuller hair and reduce facial fine lines and wrinkles in women.
