How To Take
Suggested Use: This product was formulated for prenatal and postnatal support. Shake well before use. Once daily, take up to 60 drops (2 pumps) directly by mouth or as recommended by physician or healthcare professional.
1 Pump = Approximately 2/3 Dropperful = Approximately 30 Drops
Keep out of reach of children in case of accidental overdose or choking. Please avoid direct dropper contact to the skin or mouth in order to prevent product contamination and damage to the dropper.
Store in a cool, dry place. To help preserve the flavor of the oil, we recommend refrigeration after opening.

This is a super quick easy supplement for me to take. Pills tend to be very discouraging for me to take on a regular basis.

So far I’ve loved everything we have tried from MR. But I gag with this. The orange isn’t enough to mask the taste and it’s very oily. I tried mixing in with my green vitamin drink and adding flavor and I’m still gagging. I’m not expecting, just adding it in my fertility treatments vitamin mix.
The dropper also doesn’t work well, from reading the comments- I’m not the only one.
Overall if you have a problem with fish oils, I’d look for something else. I will be, unfortunately.
