Mary Ruth’s Stinging Nettles has been a great help to me with allergies. I live in the Ohio Valley. Our joke here is “if you don’t have allergies, come to the Ohio Valley and get allergies”. I’ve tried other brands and frankly, they don’t work very well at all. This product had a decided difference from the others.
