I've been taking these gummies for about a month. I can't tell if I have been seeing changes I think there's not enough time but I have been losing hair more than usual and I also have PCOS so I'm not sure if it's because of this product. I don't really like the flavor of the gummies but don't mind the thick consistency of them. They are too expensive for me, I'm gonna get the liquid one now on a different flavor to give it a try and see.

This creatine is very easy to chew with a great taste. I have not noticed much difference in my strength level but I will continue to take and update later if I notice improvement.

I have been taking this liquid multivitamin for almost a year now. I started out with the original Peach Mango flavor and decided to try the new Dragon Fruit Mellon flavor. To me, both flavors taste like flavored dirt. What helps me is that I like to take it with orange juice (and sometimes mix it together). I find that my body tolerates 1/2 the dose (15ml) better so 1 bottle can last me 2 months.

I started taking this multivitamin in January 2025, and after just 15 days, I already noticed a difference in my hair. For 10 years, my hair hadn't grown to a certain length. I had to cut it because it was falling out a lot, and it was thin at the ends. I used several types of hair vitamins. It's October, and my hair is 4 inches short of reaching my waist. I'm thinking not... but I JUST opened this bottle of toddler probiotics and this is the second time (that I've noticed) gross, thick, mold looking stuff in/on the dropper and in the bottle. I normally wouldn't review as the first time was a fluke but the second?! I understand some settlement is normal but this? Hmm... I'll pass. I also wouldn't mind if it wasn't so darn expensive but I literally just threw out $14. Also, yes. I shook and shook the bottle.

This product cost $45 and there is less than half in the container. This should be full.

I go between these and the sugar free version. I like them both, but I’m going to switch back to the sugar free ones bc these are always suck together at the bottom of the bottle. I feel that when I do take them I stay healthy and don’t catch all the ick from my students.

I added it to water for flavoring and even to my skin lotion and cream. I am on statins so you have to be careful about grapefruit intake.
